that constitute our Shipping Policy.
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please
allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your
order, we will contact you via email.
At this time, we do not ship to United Emirates and Taiwan.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery times vary depending on the country of destination and the period of the year in which
the goods are shipped. Estimated delivery time towards European Union countries is about 20-30
days; estimated delivery time towards non-European Union countries is about 30-60 days.
For international shipments, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT),
which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Barone di Villagrande is not
responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
After your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification directly from the courier which
will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at
amministrazione@villagrande.it with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We
address these on a case-by-case basis trying our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
We do not accept returns.
