Etna Rosso Contrada Villagrande

Etna Rosso DOC Contrada Villagrande

Lively, polite, very fine

The first thing you perceive is the perfume of Volcano, flowers fruits and balsamic scents coming from the two years in the chestnut barrels. A chestnut wood that comes straight from the estate’s forest, that has been watching the grapes for its entire journey from the vineyard to the bottle. The tasting feeling is surprising, because the tannins of the wood – that is fundamental – is combined with an unusual touch of vivacity, obviously gentle and elegant.

There are two souls in this wine. Let’s find out.
