Shall we stay for a few days? Outside there’s an infinity pool that overlooks the vineyards. All around, the nature and the silence of forests and vineyards on the slopes of Etna. Inside just 4 rooms, to give our guests all the comfort they deserve for having chosen a special place: the pleasure of enjoying a noble and historical country manor, to see the constant dedication of the workers in the fields and in the cellar, to live an experience surrounded by nature and the Etna landscapes. The pleasure to taste our wines together with the people who make them and their tales.

A restaurant where to try the flavours of Etna paired with our wines. Menus are entirely seasonal. We use only the ingredients coming from our garden: vegetables and herbs. Ours is the extra-virgin oil from Nocellara dell’Etna olives. Meat and cheese come from farms located on Etna. The Chestnut honey is made by honeybees nested in our forest. The ideas come from Giulia, our young chef that loves this land as its flavours.
