We are open to wine-enthusiasts and wine-fascinated people to make them visit our vineyards and our Etna historical cellar. We provide guided tastings and the opportunity to try the dishes of the Etnean kitchen paired with our wines. Barone di Villagrande wines are available to be bought in our winery. A restaurant where to try the flavours of Etna paired with our wines. Menus are entirely seasonal, followed in detail by our starred chef Accursio Craparo and cared for by the hands and energy of our chef Vittorio Caruso. We use only the ingredients coming from our garden: vegetables and herbs. Ours is the extra-virgin oil from Nocellara dell’Etna olives. Meat and cheese come from farms located on Etna. The Chestnut honey is made by honeybees nested in our forest. The ideas come from Giulia, our young chef that loves this land as its flavours.
